I am a regular at SportClips. I was very disappointed with the appointment system this visit. My recommended arrival time was 12:38. I was waiting in my car for the text to come in because of the COVID-19. At 12:26 I received a text that said my stylist would be available within 15 min. At 12:32 I got a text that said my stylist was available to proceed to the door. At 12:36 I approached the door and my stylist said she had to take someone first and that I would have to wait approx 30 min. I told her I just got the text to come to the door and she said she had to take that person first. The appointment system is not only useless (in my opinion), it's going to lose SportClips customers. My Wife and daughter had to drop me off and I was left there standing in 90+ degree weather for 30 minutes. Unsat! The reason I'm giving this 5 stars is because my stylist had to abide by SportClips rules, so it wasn't her fault and the fact that she is by far the best stylist I've ever had. SportClips, fix your appointment system now!!!!

All the staff are amazing, very friendly and fun environment, I get to watch sports. I love the Tea tree shampoo they use, It makes my head tingle.
